法的にうるさく言われてるので米国以外の国からのアクセスはダメよ的なことを言っているのだと思うのだが…
とりあえずIPでフィルタされているっぽい。

Pandoraスタート当初、このサービス法的に大丈夫か？と思ったことがあったけど、とうとうきたか…
すなおにLast.FMかFineTuneにしとけってことかなぁ
つかLast.FMもFineTuneも同じようなことになりかねないような…
ヘビーユーザーだったので本当に残念。
